This property is literally metres to the surf and sand, with Terrigal beach access only metres away. With its tasteful decor, this fabulous home sets the perfect scene for creating holiday memories. After a leisurely day in the sun and saltwater, this is the perfect place to unwind with friends or family.
From the property, it’s a short 10-15 walk to Terrigal’s many shops, restaurants and cafes. You can wander down the road for a few minutes walk to Terrigal lagoon where, where you can swim, hire a paddle board, surf in the ocean, and hopefully get some glimpses of dolphins swimming by.
Downstairs features living/dining, master bedroom with queen bed, built-in robe and ensuite. Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and second living that leads to covered outdoor entertainment area, internal laundry with additional toilet and single lock up garage.
Upstairs you have an additional two bedrooms one with queen bed and built-in, and the other with two single beds and built in robe, main bathroom the hosts a bath and shower with separate toilet for ease of use.
Just out of the hustle and bustle of Terrigal is Wamberal with a patrolled beach perfect for children. Stop in at the trendy little cafe Malibu or call into Wamberal surf club for a meal. Stroll a few mins along the beach to the boutique shopping precinct of Golf anyone? Terrigal golf course is just a stone’s throw away as is Stand Up Paddle Boards for hire or even grab a surfing lesson. The waves will be beckoning you every day of your holiday, catch an amazing sunrise ...even just once it is worth it!
Local business districts offer a variety of attractions including fine dining restaurants, cafes, ice creameries, boutique shopping along the Esplanade, surf lessons, diving, fishing charters, bars/beer gardens.

All holiday properties are subject to sundry costs including cleaning, linen and booking fees.
A bond (security deposit) will be required as a pre-authorisation of a credit card for every booking and a bond pre-authorisation form will need to be completed and returned prior to arrival. This will be sent to you once your booking is confirmed. Please contact the office to confirm the bond amount as it differs for each property, minimum $1,000 (higher for more prestigious properties).
For bookings longer than 14 days, mid-stay cleans will be required at guests cost. Please contact the office for clarification of the number of mid-stay cleans required based on the length of stay and pricing as the cost will differ for each property.
Check-in times are from 2pm–5pm and conducted at our Di Jones Offices (Terrigal/Avoca). Arrival after this time (up till 10pm) will incur a late check-in fee of $50. Check-in after 10pm is not available.
