Beachfront Getaway hosts five bedrooms that offers one king, three queens, one double and two single beds. Master bedroom boasts walk-in robe and ensuite with an additional two bathrooms and two toilets.
You can relax in the open plan living/dining that offers full glass frontage so that you can maximise that stunning ocean outlook or you can enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon wine on the covered balcony.
Beachfront Getaway offers a place for the kids, big or small, with the inground swimming pool and multiple living areas with smart TV’s and unlimited wi-fi. Please note: the Spa is not functioning however can still be used as a paddling pool for children.
Located only mere steps away from the beach you can take a leisurely stroll along the sands stretching from Toowoon Bay to Shelly Beach or Launch a kayak and go for a paddle or try your luck with a fishing line. Grab the picnic basket and go for a picnic or simply take a dip and relax on the beach with a book.
For the keen golfer in the family, you have a choice to tee off from two local golf courses, Magenta Shores or Shelly Beach Golf Club. For the more adventurous or the young at heart, head out to Tree Tops Adventure Park located near the Ourimbah State Forest. Alternatively take a drive over to Norah Head and wander around the rock pools or climb the 96 stairs of Norah Head Lighthouse and enjoy the 360-degree views of our amazing coast from the tower balcony.
Please Note : This is an original building and as such has various quirky features and some wear and tear. Being a beach front property – and SO CLOSE to the water – there may be salt corrosion on doors and windows. A few tiles missing, a squeaky door or the blue tiled shower room off the pool area add to the charm of this original beach home. Our cleaners will continue to ensure the property is hygienically and professionally cleaned before your stay. Many guests have thoroughly enjoyed this unique beachfront location and features of the property over the years and we sincerely hope your family will also.
The property is located just over an hour’s drive from Sydney, north via the M1 or Newcastle, south via the M1

All holiday properties are subject to sundry costs including cleaning, linen and booking fees.
A security deposit will be required as a pre-authorisation of a credit card for every booking and online check in form will need to be completed along with providing a copy of your driver’s licence and credit card and returned prior to arrival. This will be sent to you once your booking is confirmed. Please contact the office to confirm the security deposit amount as it differs for each property, minimum $1,000 (higher for more prestigious properties).
For bookings longer than 14 days, mid-stay cleans will be required at guests cost. Please contact the office for clarification of the number of mid-stay cleans required based on the length of stay and pricing as the cost will differ for each property.
Check-in times are from 2pm–5pm and conducted at our Di Jones Offices (Terrigal/Avoca) or some properties do have a lock box where you can directly check in at the property. Arrival after this time (up till 10pm) may incur a late check-in fee of $50. Check-in after 10pm is not available.
Sorry, we have a strict no party and no smoking policy. Minimum age restriction is 21 years. This is a quiet residential area.
Any excessive party noise after 10pm will be considered a breech of the Terms and Conditions of letting and a full bond will be charged. Any anti-social behaviour at any time will be considered a breech of the Terms and Conditions and a full bond will be charged.
