The pool and separate cabana are on the lower level along with one queen bedroom (ensuite) and separate living space with fold out sofa bed. Upstairs is the designer kitchen and three other bedrooms, main with ensuite.

The bustling village atmosphere of Avoca Village is ideal for families and those that love a great surf beach. There is a great kiddies rock pool, as well as a patrolled beach area with a surf club. Just off the beach is a fantastic kids playground, and plenty of cafes along the beach. By taking a flat 10-minute stroll from the patrolled area you will find yourself in the main street of Avoca with many more cafes, restaurants and boutique stores. You can even take in a movie at the heritage Avoca Beach Picture Theatre.
Other activities in Avoca Beach include stand up paddle boarding, paddle boat hire in the lake, tennis court hire, surfing & surfing lessons, bush walking, beach and also lake fishing. Every fourth Sunday of the month Avoca Beachside Markets are held from 9am 2pm at Heazlett Park Foreshore with a range of pop up stalls, markets and food stores. With a range of activities to do Avoca Beach if perfect for the family, friends or even to just enjoy a quiet couples escape.

All holiday properties are subject to sundry costs including cleaning, linen and booking fees.
A bond (security deposit) will be required as a pre-authorisation of a credit card for every booking and a bond pre-authorisation form will need to be completed and returned prior to arrival. This will be sent to you once your booking is confirmed. The bond on this property is $2,000.
For bookings longer than 14 days, mid-stay cleans will be required at guests cost. Please contact the office for clarification of the number of mid-stay cleans required based on the length of stay and pricing as the cost will differ for each property.
Check-in times are from 2pm5pm and conducted at our Raine&Horne Offices (Terrgial/Avoca). Arrival after this time (up till 10pm) will incur a late check-in fee of $50. Check-in after 10pm is not available.
