All bedrooms feature ceiling fans with the generous living area boasting air conditioning. Relax to the sounds of the ocean out on the partially covered outdoor entertaining area with BBQ that overlooks the fenced and gated grassed yard and golf course beyond.
Bring your golf cart as Fairwaves features a separate lockable cart storage shed that allows you direct access to enter Shelly Beach Golf Course, or safely store your surf boards and bikes there.
There is even a dedicated circuit for charging Electric Vehicles under the double carport that is located behind gates in the front yard.
You can enjoy an early morning coffee at Muchas café overlooking Shelly Beach or grab a meal and a wine at ‘The Balcony’ at the Shelly Beach SLSC or wind down at the ‘19th hole’ at the Shelly Beach Golf Club, all located within walking distance to Fairwaves.
Soak up stunning views of The Entrance, Tuggerah Lake and beyond from Crackneck Point Lookout. Watch talented surfers ride the waves or look for whales passing by during their annual migration between June and November. From here you can make your way along the beautiful Coast Walking Track, amongst coastal wildflowers, orchids and flannel flowers.
The nearby Wyrrabalong National Park is a fantastic way to further explore the beauty of Shelly Beach. Dramatic cliffs rise and fall along the scenic walking routes. Spend time birdwatching or follow the trail through the cool coastal rainforest within the park.

All holiday properties are subject to sundry costs including cleaning, linen and booking fees.
A security deposit will be required as a pre-authorisation of a credit card for every booking and online check in form will need to be completed along with providing a copy of your driver’s licence and credit card and returned prior to arrival. This will be sent to you once your booking is confirmed. Please contact the office to confirm the security deposit amount as it differs for each property, minimum $1,000 (higher for more prestigious properties).
For bookings longer than 14 days, mid-stay cleans will be required at guests cost. Please contact the office for clarification of the number of mid-stay cleans required based on the length of stay and pricing as the cost will differ for each property.
Check-in times are from 2pm–5pm and conducted at our Di Jones Offices (Terrigal/Avoca) or some properties do have a lock box where you can directly check in at the property. Arrival after this time (up till 10pm) may incur a late check-in fee of $50. Check-in after 10pm is not available.
