This stunningly modern two storey home hosts downstairs two bedrooms both with queen beds, living area with smart TV, laundry, bathroom, and double lock up garage.
Upstairs you have the master bedroom with a queen bed and the fourth bedrooms with two single beds. Living room that flows out to balcony, dining off the brand new fully equipped kitchen and another bathroom.
With many beaches to choose from, including The Entrance Pools (Patrolled), The Entrance Beach (Patrolled), Toowoon Bay Beach (Patrolled), Shelly Beach (Patrolled), Blue Bay Beach and many more, you won’t be short of choice when it comes to picking a swimming spot or a relaxing place to lay and read your book.
For the keen golfer in the family, you have a choice to tee off from two local golf courses, Magenta Shores or Shelly Beach Golf Club. For the more adventurous or the young at heart, head out to Tree Tops Adventure Park located near the Ourimbah State Forest. Alternatively take a drive over to Norah Head and wander around the rock pools or climb the 96 stairs of Norah Head Lighthouse and enjoy the 360-degree views of our amazing coast from the tower balcony.
The property is located just over an hour’s drive from Sydney, north via the M1 or Newcastle, south via the M1

All holiday properties are subject to sundry costs including cleaning, linen and booking fees.
A security deposit will be required as a pre-authorisation of a credit card for every booking and online check in form will need to be completed along with providing a copy of your drivers licence and credit card and returned prior to arrival. This will be sent to you once your booking is confirmed. Please contact the office to confirm the security deposit amount as it differs for each property, minimum $1,000 (higher for more prestigious properties).
For bookings longer than 14 days, mid-stay cleans will be required at guests cost. Please contact the office for clarification of the number of mid-stay cleans required based on the length of stay and pricing as the cost will differ for each property.
Check-in times are from 2pm–5pm and conducted at our Di Jones Offices (Terrigal/Avoca) or some properties do have a lock box where you can directly check in at the property. Arrival after this time (up till 10pm) may incur a late check-in fee of $50.
Check-in after 10pm is not available.
Sorry, we have a strict no party and no smoking policy. Minimum age restriction is 21 years. This is a quiet residential area.
Any excessive party noise after 10pm will be considered a breech of the Terms and Conditions of letting and a full bond will be charged. Any anti-social behaviour at any time will be considered a breech of the Terms and Conditions and a full bond will be charged.
