Policy on Cancellations and Move Dates for bookings associated with COVID-19

We understand the recent corona-virus outbreak brings uncertainty to travellers and property investors, and we remain ready to help wherever we can: “removing stress and building trust”
Effective immediately for bookings scheduled to arrive prior to 30 May 2020.

• We are suspending the $50 move date fee that would normally apply to a booking wishing to change their booking
• We are suspending the limitation of moving a booking forward a max of 12 months, and will extend this to 24 months into the future

For bookings scheduled to arrive after 30 May 2020:
• Our cancellation policy remains; that being a full refund is only available if the property is re-booked for the same period at the same tariff
Naturally we reserve the right to modify this policy again if the escalating situation requires further changes in these policies,
